Yesterday, We went to Indian Hills High School to exchange our culture.
When I arrived that school, I was surprised by its large facilities.
There are 2 gyms, a large weight room and a hall that is much bigger than our hall at my school.
And also there are a lot of trophies for educational championship, sports and music tournament.
While the other Keio students and Indian Hills students enjoyed the talent show, I and two my friends participated in the geography class.
The students who were in the class were 11 and 12th students, so they looks older and grown-up, and they asked about Japanese Culture and location.
They were interested in Japanese high technology and transportation system, and they said they want to try the Japanese style banding machine.
It was very fun and precious time for me to communicate with native speakers, I want to say thank you for the teachers and the students.
In the lunch time, we ate pizza and some cookies in a classroom, and they were delicious.
But I thought that I want to eat the regular lunch that the students eat everyday at cafeteria with the students, because most of food in my cafeteria are Japanese food, and I think it's a nice experience to do that.
This time we tough about Fukuwarai that is played in bi ginning of the year to the students.
I think they enjoyed making and playing Fukuwarai, so maybe we were succeed in the lecture this time.
In the afternoon, we enjoyed bowling with the students.
In first game, I got 104 points and I won the game, so I was so grad.
And during the game we could talk with two girls about our school life at Keio.
After bowling, we went to "Macaroni and Grill" that is a restaurant to have dinner.
I shared a table with 3 Keio students and 4 Indian Hills students, and I communicated with two boys about our hobbies and the dormitory life at Keio.
According to their talk, Indian Hills High students get up at 5:30 -5:45 every morning and the school begins at 7:30 every day.
When I heard it, I was surprised about it, because I usually get up at 7:20.
And they wanted to try our dormitory life where there aren't parents.
It was very precious time to communicate with native speakers who are the same ages as us, so I want to say thank you for the enjoyable day to the students and the teachers of Keio and Indian Hills.
I am so exiting to meet them again in April this year at Keio NY.

The drama stage at Keio NY
I went to the drama stage at Keio NY today.
My senpais were acting as different characters in each different stories like the real actors.
They acted 8 classic short stories at that time.
My favorite story was "The Ransom of Red Chief" written by O.Henry.
Now I would like to tell you about this story.
Two fool robbers are the main characters of this story.
One day, they planed to kidnapped a boy who is a child of a rich man to get a lot of money from the man, and they did very well as the plan.
But finally these men misunderstood the meaning of a letter that sent from the rich man, so they had to pay some money for the man and they didn't get any money.
It was a very interesting story for me.
The actors who are on the stage used English to act those stories.
I though it's hard to remember many scripts of each stories in English for today's live stage.
I was impressed with their acting skills and also their English pronunciation skills.
I want to be a woman who can tell something to people in English like those actors, when I will graduate this school 4 years later.
If they have the other drama stages, I would like to go and enjoy the stage with my friends.

my club activity
today, I would like to introduce about my club activity.
I belonged to girl's soccer team in fall season and in winter season I belonged to girl's basketball team this year.
And I will participate in the softball team in spring season.
I particiapated all season sports(fall, spring and winter), becuse I like to play sports.
As the senior student and some teachers said, the softball club couldn't play games with the other teams, because there weren't enough people to make a team for softball last year.
But this year there are about 15 players and 5 managers in the team, so we can beat the other teams.
Today We have the first practice after school, so I am so exited.
I have played softball since I entered the junior high school in Japan, because I love baseball.
I wanted to belong to the baseball team in my junior high school, but according to the official baseball leage rules, girls(women) player can't play baseball on the same field as men players.
When I knew the rule from the book that I bought in a bookstore, I was shocked.
Do you know why do I love baseball and softball?
I went to the school that is nine-year education at conbined elementary, junior and senior high school in Japan, so I could cheer the many kinds of club team like baseball and soccer that played on the ground.
when I was 2nd grade student, the baseball team of my high school won the largest tournament in Kanagawa in Japan, and then they got a ticket to join the largest baseball tournament for high school students named Koshien.
I had not knew about any rules of baseball and Koshien until the baseball team had joined the tournament in summer.
Many of students cheered them up at the baseball studium that is located in Hyogo.
It was very fun and preicious experience for me.
After the summer, I had played hand-baseball on the school ground with boy students.
I love baseball/softball because of these experiances.
I would like to enjoy playing softball with my team mates at Keio New York.
